Product Check & Quality Assurance
  •  Every product is thoroughly checked for quality, size, and defects before dispatch or handover.
  •  Customers are requested to verify size, color, and design carefully before placing the order (online or in-store).

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
  •  In the rare case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos sent to:

Online Orders
  •  For online and WhatsApp orders, advance payment is mandatory.
